Material and design

The design of packaging is the first impression a product gives to consumers. An eye-catching design can make your product stand out among many others, capturing the attention of consumers. Additionally, different materials can affect the visual impact of paper bags. We can provide various paper qualities based on your design, transforming your design concept into reality.

White kraft paper aligns with the environmental trend as it is made from pure wood pulp, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and recyclable. Although the paper surface lacks glossiness and is not suitable for printing large areas of ink, it has stable color reproduction, good durability, is less prone to tearing, and does not require additional lamination.

The paper surface is high in brightness and cleanliness, smooth with a gloss, and offers sharp printing contrast. It is suitable for high-end dual-sided color printing, providing color effects similar to coated paper. Because it is paper with a weight of 200gsm or more, it is collectively referred to as cardboard. Additionally, there are gray board and white board (double-sided white) cardboard options.

The paper is glossy, smooth, with high brightness and excellent glossiness, providing optimal printing results with vibrant and full colors. It is generally recommended to add a glossy or matte film to enhance load-bearing capacity, durability, and protect the print from peeling off. Coated paper bags can also be enhanced with spot gloss, foil stamping, embossing, and other techniques after finishing, adding to the overall texture and quality.

One side of the paper is white, and the other side is leather brown. The material is similar to white kraft paper, but the difference lies in the fact that the flipside/double-sided kraft paper lacks brightness and glossiness. It is more affordable compared to white kraft paper, but the paper color is not as bright.

One side of the paper is smooth, suitable for full-page printing, resulting in a vibrant print with a high glossiness that enhances the texture of the paper bag. The other side, in contrast, is relatively rough, providing a high tear resistance.

The paper has a darker shade, resulting in deeper colors in color printing. It is suitable for monochrome printing, especially in black, blue, green, orange, red, brown, and similar color schemes. Brown/natural kraft paper possesses high toughness and strong tear resistance.
